KETOHUB DMCC refers to the meal plan provider.
CLIENT customers in UAE using our products.
MEAL PLAN as used in this general Terms and Conditions refers to the main product and services procured by the customer from Keto Hub ; also refers to the copy provided to client either by email or online as reference for the meals that they will receive for the duration of their plan
FREEZE is the act of putting the plan on hold.
KETOHUB COOLER BAG refers to the portable insulated bag that carries all meals for the day
CUT OFF is the session time slot to finalize any request or changes on the meal plan.
MACROS as used in KETOHUB refer to the amount of fat, carbohydrates and protein in grams.
PAID WASTAGE refers to cancelled delivery which is still considered as a paid meal and will no longer be added on the plan.
After completing the online registration and signing up for an account, all terms & conditions are applied and agreed by the client until the end of the plan and upon renewal.
After completing the online registration and signing up for an account, you hereby duly grant your full consent to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Site and all the other conditions, in relation to and arising from and by its use. Your consent is considered granted by using the Site, its every menu category or sub-category, section or subsection, as well as by the emergence, development and termination of any legal relations arising from and by the use of this website.
After completing the online registration and signing up for an account, you hereby duly grant your full consent for the collection and use of your personal information for the use of the site and all relations arising from or connected with the site. By registering and using the Site, you are bound to both the current configuration of the website, and all changes to it, made in the form of additions and changes or development of new menus, categories, sections and others. Provided you do not agree with the above or do not want to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this Site, you are not permitted to use, visit, or enter into any legal relations with the site.
Our website and services do not address to anyone under the age of 18. They will not be able to register or create an account
Dislike, Allergies, Preferences and Medical Conditions
Meal plans are amended according to declared dislikes, allergies and preferences of the client only upon approval of KETOHUB management with an additional fee. KETOHUB will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to any food consumed with a dislike or allergen not informed prior to receiving food (Payment). It is advised to disclose all dislikes and allergens before starting the plan.
KETOHUB does not intend to provide any medical advisement, diagnosis or treatment. For any medical condition or health risk, please consult your specialist doctor or nutrition before signing up on the meal plan. Always seek the advice of your specialist doctor or nutrition if you have any questions regarding a medical condition, diet, nutritional supplements and exercise regimen or any other health related matter.
KETOHUB kitchen does not have a dedicated gluten-free or dairy free section. However, the whole team is well trained to ensure separation of gluten containing ingredients from the dishes of gluten-intolerant and celiac customers to reduce risks. KETOHUB advices all clients to provide our KETO COACH with any medical reports in case needed and requested, this applies to some special conditions and cases determined by KETO COACH
KETOHUB reserves the right to refuse a client under the following cases and conditions:
Client has more than 3 food allergies and/or 3 dislikes
Client has a life-threatening allergic reaction to any food
Client is intolerant/dislikes salt & pepper
Client dislike or allergic to dairy, eggs and nuts and even extreme dislikes/allergies.
KETOHUB considers any confirmation made online, over the phone and e-mail valid and binding
KETOHUB reserves the right to send emails and SMS to all clients unless unsubscribed or opted out from these communication services.
KETOHUB reserves the right to update or amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, Clients cannot unsubscribe from KETOHUB management emails and alert.

KETOHUB will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and Sanctioned countries.
When the client purchase something from KETO HUB, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information the client has given us such as name, address and email address. When the client browse our store, we also automatically receive the client’s computer's internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about the client’s browser and operating system. With the client’s permission, we may send the client emails about our store, new products and other updates. All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
48 hours advance notice during office hours (8:00-16:00) is required for freezing/resuming your meal plan subscription. We will not be accepting any requests after this time
- Notification via Email or WhatsApp is required for any freeze/resume request
- Freezing is not allowed for 5 and 6 day meal plans
- Freezing is allowed once for 10, 12 and 15 days meal plan subscription.
- Freezing is allowed twice for 18, 20 and 24 days meal plan subscription.
Corporate discounts can be added based on the terms agreed by KETOHUB and the participating company
When the client provides us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify the client’s credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that the client consent to our collecting the information and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for the client’s personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask the client directly for the client’s expressed consent or provide the client with an opportunity to say refuse. If the client changes his mind, the client may withdraw the consent for us to contact the client, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of the client information, at any time, by contacting us at email@example.com.
Our e-commerce platform allows us to sell our products and services to the client. The data is stored through our server’s data storage. They store the data on a secure server behind a firewall.
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose the information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for the client’s purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that the client read their privacy policies so the client can understand the manner in which the personal information will be handled by these providers.
To protect the client’s personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
CLIENT is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
KETOHUB encourages all clients to fully commit on their plan as scheduled. Any reason that can hinder results and overall satisfaction must be brought to KETOHUB management's attention for an immediate and appropriate solution.
Any cancellation or refund is only under extenuating circumstance and upon approval of KETOHUB Management as following:
If the customer purchases meal plan, pays full price and wishes to cancel before execution of this plan, full price shall be refunded to the customer.
If the customer wishes to discontinue meal plan after starting the same, A 20% cancellation fee will apply on the meal plan based priced with all discounts forfeited and refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 30 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

No refund shall be approved, if only two days remaining for expiry of plan chosen by the customer
Refund will be done only through the original mode of payment.
Security/Bag deposit will be processed once all KETOHUB Cooler Bags have been collected and approved. The refund transfer will be processed within 30 business days.
All clients are required to pay a refundable deposit (AED 100) for one Cooler Bags used for delivery before starting their meal plan. In case of any damage or not fully return of the Cooler Bags (within the first 7-10 days) the refundable deposit (AED 100/per bag) will be considered non-refundable. Additional payments for loss of chiller bags, ice packs etc. must be settled at the end of the plan or along with the renewal payment. Any unpaid balance will be deducted from the Cooler Bag deposit
KETOHUB Cooler bags should be returned upon returning the existing Cooler Bag on the last day of subscription.
In the event that you are not present to receive the cooler bag and the bag is left outside the door, KETOHUB cannot be held responsible for any missing items/bags or damages to the bag and food spoilage.
In case max 3 Cooler bags are not returned back; the meals will not be delivered on the fourth day, they will be deducted from the plan, and the remaining days of the meal plan will be freeze until returned back the 3 cooler bags.
In the event that the KETOHUB Cooler bags are not present on the collection date, collection fees of 15 dirhams will apply for rescheduling the collection date.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website and service shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
METHOD OF PAYMENT, CARD TYPES ACCEPTED, AND CURRENCY
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED currency only. Balance payments for an upgrade or change of plan must be settled within 3 business days upon request otherwise; meal plan will be shortened based on the remaining amount.
Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Keto hub DMCC policies and rules.
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
All meal plans order place by vans free charge; as per following delivery rules will apply:
- For orders placed and paid prior 4pm, the order will be delivered after 72hours
- For orders placed and paid after 4pm, the order will be delivered after 96hours
All meal plans order placed by registered clients will be delivered as per provided schedule and delivery plan based on the chosen days
Delivery is to be made on the agreed date, location and timing.
Dubai, Umm al Quwain & Ajman delivery is between 2:00 - 6:00 (Same day consumption).
Abu Dhabi & Al Ain delivery is between 2:00am - 8:00am (Same day consumption).
RAK delivery is between 8:00 - 12:00 pm (Same day consumption).
Any specific time slot will be an additional charge.
Any change on the delivery may it be with the location must be made 3 business days ahead;Any change on the delivery may be with the location must be made 3 business days ahead; Any last-minute change is subject for confirmation of KETOHUB management.
All food upon receiving should be kept refrigerated between 1°C to 5°C.
All dishes are labelled providing: meal type (breakfast, lunch or dinner). Menu card is available on each bag delivered providing the dish name, calorie count and macros.
KETOHUB is not responsible for any meal damage by any cause if the above is not considered
